Pilot service for booking
an electronic queue - Book a queue
The electronic queue booking service for entry from the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Kazakhstan, "CarGoQorgan" (hereinafter – the Service), is intended to implement a pilot project for introducing an electronic queue system when entering Kazakhstan and for the mutual exchange of accompanying documents (SNT in Kazakhstan and ESF in the Kyrgyz Republic). This enables the state revenue authorities of Kazakhstan and the tax service of the Kyrgyz Republic to receive information about planned goods movement at the stage of electronic queue booking.
Access to the Service is provided to:
Carriers – individuals or legal entities, provided that they sign the User Agreement in the Service
State revenue authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the tax service of the Kyrgyz Republic – provided a list of employees is submitted by an official letter to the Service registrar
Access to the Service is ensured by the registrar – Joint Stock Company "Information and Accounting Center", under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2008 No. 387.
